What we collect
Only what you choose to send: your name, work email, phone if you add it, company, website, your answers to the form, or what you put in your email. Please do not send sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
Only to read your enquiry, reply to you and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. We do not use these details for advertising and we do not sell them.
Who else sees it
Your email is stored by our email provider, and this website is hosted by Vercel. They process data on our behalf and may do so outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle the conversation. If no working relationship follows, we delete it within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, at any time by writing to contact@mateost.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Norway, Datatilsynet, and in Spain, the AEPD.
