Vegan menu prototyping and MIT event
At PAGU we led the prototyping of vegan dishes for the menu, in line with the restaurant's partnerships with MIT, Harvard and local NGOs.
We also designed a sustainability-focused private event for MIT and contributed culinary concepts for themed classes such as sushi and dim sum.
